Italian actor and recording artist Jacopo Sarno of Disney Channel Italy (Troy Bolton in Disney “High School Musical: Lo Spettacolo” stage production; Disney Channel’s “Quelli dell’Intervallo”) guest stars when the SS Tipton docks in Rome and spoiled heiress London Tipton finds true live with a street musician named Luca. But Bailey soon learns that Luca has other motives and enlists Moseby’s help to save London from disappointment. Meanwhile, Zack and Cody figure out a way to work as sous chefs just to dine at the world famous restaurant owned by Chef Gigi.
