When Maddie visits Zack, Cody and London in Europe, she captures the heart of young prince Jeffy of Lichtenstamp. At a royal dinner, Maddie discovers that her Prince Charming is only 8-years-old and wants her hand in marriage. If she refuses, Maddie will be imprisoned and the SS Tipton will not be permitted to leave Lichtenstamp.
